Mr. Mohamed Riyaz is the Managing Director of this company. He is one of the most accomplished, successful, knowledgeable and experienced person in the inbound tourism business in the country.

He achieved success through vision, hard work, personal relationships, travel trade network, determination, and innovative approach to business, philanthropic work and his passion for going to the extra mile.

Furthermore, he has earned the trust and respect of owners and operators of resorts, hotels, private islands, picnic islands, diving safaris, sailing cruise, transport providers (Seaplane and Speedboats).

Due to his success, professionalism, friendliness and high standing in the travel and tourism industry, he is able to maintain excellent relationships with all the concerned government authorities in the country, such as, the Ministry of Tourism, The Maldives Tourism Promotion Board, The Department of Civil Aviation, Department of Immigration and Emigration, Maldives Airports Company, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Maldives Customs Services.

As a result he is among the leading, most admired, most respected and reputable person in Maldives tourism industry.

Mr. Mohamed Riyaz started his carrier with the National Bank of the country ' Bank of Maldives where he had worked for over 13 years in various jobs of which the last was as a Manager for one of the banks branches.

After leaving the bank in 1996, he then joined the tourism industry and worked as a travel consultant for an inbound travel company. Then in 1999, he founded Inner Maldives Pvt. Ltd., with a partner, which became a successful inbound tour operator.

After 6 years with this company, he realized that his expertise, knowledge and experience could be better utilized in a new venture, thus came the new company Lets Go Maldives Pvt. Ltd.

By utilizing his expertise, knowledge, experience and industry network, he is determined to make Lets Go Maldives the most professional, reliable and high quality service-oriented tourism business in the country.

Ms. Tatiana Moskalenko (Marketing Director) brings a wealth of experience from the Russian Corporation called the TOP UNION, since 1999, she had served five years as the assistant director and HR manager to the corporation’s several subdivisions: bank, travel agency and insurance company.

With far reaching experience gained since she joined the Big Tour Maldive office in 2005, Tatiana has been involved in the briefing, initiation, planning and implementation of marketing strategic and tactical campaigns. Hence her position of official representative of the company to the Russian Market in the Maldives she has gained a network of contacts from Maldivian Tourism Industry.

With through-the-line experience including handling of Russian clients and VIP groups, Tatiana joined Lets Go Maldives with hopes to apply these skills to expand & establish the Russian market and to utilize her knowledge to accurately target opportunities and ensure a platform for future success.

Mr. Arif Rasheed, who is the head of our operations and aviations, has extensive experience in the field.

He started his working career at Customs Maldives as the Senior Operations Officer, where he spend 3 and a half years in charge of the Port Operations, Cargo Section, and later as the head of Airport Operations.

He then joined Singapore Airlines Maldives office and rose through the ranks to Duty Manager at the airport in charge of all aspects of customer services and air operations, where he worked for 14 and a half years. He has experience in all aspects of the aviation industry from customer service, operations, ticketing, reservations, and management.

As everyone in the travel industry is aware, Singapore Airlines is the premier Airline operator and has the best overall service personell in the industry.

He then resigned and started his own company.

However on request by Mr. Riyaz, who was then Director of a company called Inner Maldives, he joined inner Maldives as Manager Airservices and worked for 2 years.

During this time he was responsible for the setup and smooth running of air operations and customer services for Britannia Airways of the UK and Star Airlines of France.

Incidently, Inner Maldives won the best station award for operations and service in the Asia Region the 2 consecutive years he was in charge.

He then resigned due to personal reasons and went back to his own company.

After Mr. Riyaz, our Managing Director, set up Let’s Go Maldives, on his request, Mr. Arif Rasheed has now joined Let’s Go Maldives as Manager Operations and Aviation, and will be managing the operations and aviation departments.

Mr. Abdullah Sujau, Manager Reservations- has had over 6 years experience working at Paradise Island Resort & Spa (260 rooms five star resort in Maldives) both at the Front Office and the Reservations Department. With this experience he is able to provide professional, efficient, reliable and friendly service to all our customers.
